What is the response time I should set for DNS monitor?

I setup a monitor DNS and when I try to edit it I get an HTTP 500 error.

Usually it will be in milliseconds. So it will be better you can set 300+ ms.

How about for MySQL monitor? Can you recommend a ms exceed time to alert or should I just leave it blank?

Its is a added feature in 100pulse. If you want to know the monitoring with performance then you can specify that else you can leave it blank.
