509 Error Code Explained
This status code, while used by many servers, is not specified in any RFCs.This occurs when the bandwidth limit exceeds.
Why it occurs
Implementation dependent. The bandwidth available with your ISP or circuit provider has been/or soon will be exceeded. Different thresholds are used. 80 - 90% is common.
Fixing 509 error code
This is a type of HTTP error. If you are registered with 100pulse, your site will be monitored and you will be intimated by an email or a short message service when 509 status code error occurs.
